how do i check the status of my order?

to check the status of your order, log into seekskincare.com, go to the "my orders" section in your account, and select the order you want to track. you can also scroll to the bottom of the website and click on "my orders" to view the status. for any further queries, contact us with your order id and email.

are the products cruelty-free and vegan?

animal cruelty is a big no for us, so we're proud to say that all our products are cruelty-free and vegan.

is there any fragrance in the products?

fragrances in skincare products can cause allergies and skin irritation, so our skinimalist regime is formulated without any added fragrance.

how can i request a return of the products?

  • damaged or defective items: if you received a damaged or defective product, email info@seekskincare.com with your order number, relevant images of the item, and a description of the issue.
  • incorrect items: if you received an incorrect product, email info@seekskincare.com with your order number and details about the incorrect item.

returns can only be initiated for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and all returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
